Adolfo's is a revamp of Albatros Mexican Food which was located in Lake Forest about 10 years ago. Our business was booming at that time but we sadly had to leave for a bit. Our goal is to revive Albatros, as we are the same family that once ran it. Our goal is not to imitate any other Mexican Restaurant Style but to keep our family recipes structure going. Adolfo's Mexican Food offers the best Mexican food in Laguna Hills. From tacos, to burritos, to roll taquitos, to menudo, we have a variety of selection for you. To eat in or take out.
